Brianna Pastor

Brianna is a poet and mental health advocate. Journaling and poetry saved her life as she navigated childhood trauma. Her writing offers support and comfort to others who have experienced similar struggles. She is the author of the bestselling poetry book, Good Grief.

James McCrae

James is a poet, author, and creativity teacher who empowers creators to live with purpose and turn imagination into reality. His latest book is The Art of You: The Essential Guidebook to Reclaiming Your Creativity.
