As a writer, I apply the principles of mindfulness, Buddhism, and Stoic philosophy to modern life. My work has been featured in Forbes, HuffPost, Adweek, Thought Catalog, Yogi Times, Entrepreneur, Elephant Journal, and more.
My debut book, Sh#t Your Ego Says, explores the relationship between ego and intuition, and offers practical insights for making friends with your own mind. It has sold thousands of copies around the world and has been translated into six languages.
I have been writing poetry since age 14, and my poems have appeared in numerous literary publications, including the American Journal of Poetry. You can read some of my poetry here.
